It all started on Saturday the 26th July when I got my first number 9 birthday present which was a Beados super studio which was from Uncle Matt and Aunty Tracey. Next it was the Nintendo DS (double screen) from Mum and Dad which they gave me on Sunday morning so I could have a day to play with it. When I first opened the Nintendo I was very excited because it was the thing that I mostly wanted. When I woke up on Monday morning I ran into Mummy and Daddys room at 6.30 and said 'come on mum and dad get up' so eventually they got up and my presents were sitting in the lounge room waiting to be opened by me. First there was a huge package of clothes and for the first time ever I unfolded the clothes and had a look at them instead of tossing them aside, they were soooooo cool, my favourite clothing was the skirt with flowers on it. Then I got Deal or No Deal game because we all love the show.

My mum stayed up late the night before and made the most scrumptuos cup cakes in the whole wide world it seems, for that day the kids at my school thought that the cup cakes were the best they had ever tasted!
My day at school was like an ordinary day with a few small differences.......They sang happy birthday to be twice, once in the morning and again in the afternoon, I got a birthday sticker and everyone was extra especially nice.

Now to bowling - When we arrived at the ten pin bowling centre in Moonah, all of the people were there except for a few of them. Very very very soon after that I had a big load full of presents in my arms and eventually had to hand them over to Nanny for safe keeping. The bowling was incredible, everyone had a fair go, I was not that good at bowling but it was fun. Locke won surprisingly and my Dad is very good he got 3 strikes. Marty was very funny because he kept on saying 'Marty turn' hahaha.

Now to dinner - at Maccas when we first got there all of the kids including Sam went on the playground and played chasings, Locke was it. We all had happy meals apart from the grown ups and Sam. Mum finally brought out the ice cream cake and it was 3 different flavours with sprinkles on top. At the end I made a small announcement thanking everyone for coming to my party and everyone had a bit of a giggle.

We had lots of fun, I got lots of great presents including an mp3 player, an extremely cool diary, some more clothes, nintendo game, textas, scrap book, doctor quiz game, bangles, hair band and I also got lots of money which will be good for me and my mum when we have our shopping spree for our girls day out while locke and daddy go to the footy.
Grandad posted me a cool Egypt book and I also got a card and some money from Nanny Woolley and Aunty Ali also handmade my card and it was absolutely beautiful.

Jenna,
It sounds like you're a little spoilt and got too many cooooool things. I'm glad that you had a GREAT birthday - I can't believe you are 9 years old. It means that your parents are getting OLD..ha ha.
you and Locke are lucky having your birthday in the middle of the year cause then you get presents every 6 months - christmas and Birthday. Poor Aunti Ali only gets presents ONE DAY OF THE YEAR.
